Publishing with comicXpress

When Cafe Press added "print on demand" book publishing I worked out some numbers for a few things that I have created and/or sometimes purchase. I recently discovered a comic-based print on demand service called comiXpress and ran some numbers to compare the two services.

The listed prices are "per book." Additionally, comixPress charges a $15.00 set-up fee and a "20% of cover price" fee. All listings are also assumed to include the comiXpress ad on the exterior back cover. (Inclusion and placement of that ad affects the cost per book.)

"20% of cover price"
Didn't see that on the site. Maybe they removed it, or (more typically) I just missed it.
