Congratulations to my friends Michelle and Gil on the birth of their new baby girl!
Norah Paige Dowling was born early this morning at 2:50am ET. She's 6lbs., 6 oz., and 19.5 inches.
Michelle is resting and will be home with Norah within the next two or three days. Gil is also resting and will no doubt be logged into City of Heroes before the day is over.
