Maybe you're already familiar with my Feature Price problems, and how they screwed me out of about 300 bucks and stole another 200 dollars or so from me. In summary, they reneged on their services, overcharged me, and went out of business before I could recoup my losses. I disputed the charges with my credit card company, but apparently I waited too long. The result is I won't be getting any of my money back, and the dispute is considered closed.
The moral that I learned: If you paid by credit card and any problems arise, dispute the charge right away. You start on the road to losing your dispute even if only a month passes by after the charge initially went through. If things work out in your favor, you can always cancel the dispute.
