My credit card company got back to me about my dispute against my ex-web host, Feature Price. They said the charges for "Feature Prize never went through, and they were closing the dispute. Oh no!
I called the company right away, and had a polite discussion with one of their dispute people. I told her the dilemma, and actually had to give her some updated information about the first of three disputed charges. She mentioned they have an 180-day "window" during which disputes should be requested, and my first charge might be too old. She took down the correct information, and updated the dispute (actually, she opened a new one). I guess we�ll see what happens in another 10 days or so.
