So I just spent a few minutes getting some information about an important upcoming change in the service my company provides. It would be up to me to write up an article and post this change for customers and additional staffers to read. Before the boss-lady left for the day, she gave me the info I needed. As she talked, I took notes on the palm of my hand (as I do sometimes).
On the way back to my office I stopped in the men's room, and before leaving I stopped at the sink...and had a mini-panic attack as I realized I was washing off these important notes.
Lesson learned: permanant markers are better for work than ink pens.
